Pre-orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.

Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Payment must be completed within 12 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

No refunds or cancellations are allowed after payment is made.

One candle and one knife will be provided with every whole cake or whole tart purchase.

Things to Note

No cake customisation; all cake designs are fixed.

We ONLY use dairy cream.

NO fondant, NO plant-based cream, NO buttercream is used.

As our desserts are made with dairy cream, they are delicate and sensitive to heat. Please keep refrigerated at all times.

For desserts that include fruits, please don’t expect them to look 100% identical, as fruit sizes and appearances naturally vary.

This does not apply to wedding/event dessert tables. Depending on the venue, weather, and setup, we may use different ingredients or finishes to ensure the desserts remain stable, especially for outdoor events and high temperatures.
